Mr. Jason Lambert Lambe

Mr. Jason Lambe is the Managing Director for Mantrac, Delta and Sphinx Tanzania. Before moving to Tanzania, Jason held the position of General Manager Power Systems Mantrac Nigeria. Prior to joining Mantrac he had a successful career within the FMCG sector with two multinational companies, Nestle and Unilever. His international career started in Myanmar where he was the MD for the Nestle Waters Joint Venture before moving to Nigeria to take the position as MD for the Bottled Water business. He is a UK national but has spent the last ten years working in Africa.

Buhan Okan Acar

Buhan Okan Acar has almost 30 years experience in credit, leasing, rental in regions from Turkiye and Caspian Region. Has a proven background on financial and operating lease in different sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree on Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University and MBA degree of International Business from Istanbul University.

Mr Roman

Roman has more than 17 years of experience as legal practitioner. He is a Senior Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and leading commercial lawyer being a graduate of Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham. Roman is also a graduate with Honours from the University of Dar es Salaam (LLB). He is a founder and Managing Partner of a leading law firm , Roman Attorneys. As a Chevening Scholar, Roman is immersed in legal and regulatory affairs, business consultation, advisory and corporate affairs.

Mohamed Mansour Hassan

Mr Mansour Hassan had long experience in multinational Company as management and Director in several different type of business such as Estee Lauder, New York (USA), Managing Director & Partner – 4M Investment & Management Company, Cairo Egypt, Advanced Systems for Construction & Development (ASCOD), Cairo, Egypt – Board Member, Misrieen Construction Materials, Cairo, Egypt – CEO, Procter & Gamble – Egypt – Board Member, Group Marketing & Market Intelligence Director – Unatrac LTD, UK

Sudhir Khanna

“Sudhir is a Commerce Graduate and Chartered Accountant from India and currently working as Regional Finance Director – East Africa for the Mantrac Group. He is a senior level executive with more than 40 years finance, treasury, accounting and administration experience in diverse industries including services, manufacturing, marketing, civil construction and distribution. He has a wide exposure to working in diverse international business conditions within India and Africa. Some of his main skills are, ability to improve operations by cost cutting and control, treasury management, business growth through financial solutions to customers, internal controls and efficiency improvement, strong expertise in financial management, business planning, budgeting and staff development / leadership.”

Frederic Duranton

Director

Frederic is the CFO for Unatrac/Mantrac Group. he held different positions in the finance department of two major FMCG corporations, Nestle and Reckitt Benckiser (RB). Frederic has worked as an internal auditor, commercial controller, manufacturing and supply controller before he began to gradually take over various CFO duties beginning with his role in the JV between Nestle and L’Oréal, followed by his post in Central and West Africa with Nestle and later in Southeast Asia with RB. he holds a bachelor’s in Finance from Ipag Business School in Paris. He completed his postgraduate studies at IMD in Switzerland, where graduated with a PED executive degree.
